Taking the month off drinking?

For the month of July, we can't recommend enough popping down to Gilt Brasserie at Chancery Chambers to try their exceptional food pairings designed to be enjoyed with the three expressions of NON on it's menu.

Unlike other products in the 0% wine category, NON is not dealcoholised wine, instead it's made using a range of culinary techniques to create a wine alternative with sophisticated, bold and complex flavours.

Sound like a bit of you? Here's a look at what's on offer: 

🍷  NON #3 Toasted Cinnamon & Yuzu

🍝 Sicilian Crudo, tuna, salmon, kingfish, salted capers, lemon, olive oil

Inspired by a bustling oyster bar Gilt File wanted to create something simple, delicate, fresh and not complicated. "Super clean, super flavoursome, using good produce including fish from Leigh, and Ora King Salmon".

🍷 NON #1 Salted Raspberry & Chamomile

🍝 Pork & duck rillette, pickled cauliflower, mustard 

NON #3's balanced, sweet & salty profile works brilliantly to compliment the fattiness of the rillette and the tang of the pickled cauliflower. 

 

🍷  NON #7 Stewed Cherry & Coffee

🍝 Roast duck frites, sauce l’Orange 

One of Gilt's signature dishes and a stone cold classic. Pairs beautifully with NON #7's notes of rich dark fruits and undertones of coffee.
